Pemegang saham PT Polytama Propindo mengangkat Presiden Direktur Perseroan yang baru.<\/p>\n
Pemegang saham mengangkat Permono Avianto sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan yang efektif per tanggal 1 April 2026, untuk jangka waktu 1 (satu) periode masa jabatan.<\/p>\n
Permono mengisi kursi Presiden Direktur yang sebelumnya diisi Koko Pranoto yang mengundurkan diri.<\/p>\n
Dengan demikian susunan Direksi Perseroan adalah Permono Avianto sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan. Adapun Uray Azhari, Dwinanto Kurniawan, Ferry Tanumihardja, dan Syawaluddin Azwar menjabat sebagai Direktur Perseroan.<\/p>\n
Saat ini, PT Polytama Propindo dimiliki sahamnya oleh PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries dan PT Tuban Propilena Nusantara. Masing-masing memiliki 108.023.002 saham Perseroan atau mewakili 99,99% dari jumlah seluruh saham Perseroan dan 1 saham Perseroan atau mewakili 0,01% dari jumlah seluruh saham Perseroan.<\/p>\n
