Di ajang MWC 2026, perusahaan bernama Xerendipity memperkenalkan dua solusi pendingin terbaru yaitu Vapor pad dan juga NVMC. Selama ini, thermal pad dikenal praktis dan murah, tetapi performanya terbatas. Di sisi lain, vapor chamber jauh lebih efektif, tetapi butuh desain khusus dan biaya lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-94374 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/gadget.jagatreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Vapor-Pad.webp\" alt=\"Vapor Pad\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" title=\"Xerendipity Perkenalkan Solusi Pendingin Vapor Pad dan NVMC, Apa Bedanya? 2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Vapor-Pad mencoba mengisi celah itu. Produk ini tetap mudah dipasang seperti thermal pad biasa, tetapi diklaim punya konduktivitas termal hingga 800 sampai 1.200 W per meter Kelvin. Vapor-Pad dirancang untuk berada di antara CPU dan heatspreader, bahkan dalam beberapa kasus bisa menggantikan material TIM berbasis solder. Artinya, panas dari SoC bisa langsung dialirkan lebih efisien tanpa harus mengandalkan solusi pendingin yang lebih kompleks.<\/p>\n<h4>NVMC<\/h4>\n<p>Solusi pendinginan kedua yang ditawarkan oleh Xerendipity yaitu Non-Metal Vapor Chamber atau NVMC. Karena itu, produsen smartphone biasanya harus mengatur desain internal dengan cukup rumit, termasuk menambahkan garis antena di bodi perangkat.<\/p>\n<p>NVMC mencoba menghilangkan masalah tersebut. Tanpa material logam, pendingin ini diklaim bisa meneruskan sinyal sepenuhnya tanpa hambatan. Pada saat yang sama, performa termalnya disebut masih mencapai sekitar 90 persen dari vapor chamber konvensional.<\/p>\n<p>Karena tidak menghantarkan panas ke permukaan dengan cara yang sama seperti logam, suhu bagian luar smartphone bisa terasa lebih dingin saat disentuh. Bobotnya juga lebih ringan, sekitar 80 persen dibandingkan tembaga, yang membuka ruang untuk komponen lain seperti baterai yang lebih besar.<\/p>\n<p>Meski terlihat menjanjikan, Xerendipity masih tergolong pemain baru dan belum punya jejak panjang di industri ini. Namun, kedua produk yang dipamerkan disebut sudah siap produksi, bukan sekadar konsep.
