Dibanding pendahulunya, SoC ini membawa berbagai peningkatan, seperti jumlah core performa yang lebih banyak, GPU yang lebih baru, dan NPU dengan performa yang lebih tinggi. Meski punya fabrikasi yang sama, SoC ini membawa CPU dengan konfigurasi berbeda. Sekarang, CPU-nya menggunakan konfigurasi satu core Cortex-A720 hingga 2.9 GHz, empat core Cortex-A720, dan tiga core Cortex-A520.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selain CPU, GPU juga mengalami peningkatan di SoC ini. Exynos 1680 mengandalkan GPU Xclipse 550 yang menggunakan arsitektur RDNA 3 dari AMD. Menurut Samsung, GPU ini punya performa 15 persen lebih tinggi dari Xclipse 540 yang ada di Exynos 1580. Menurut Samsung, NPU yang digunakan punya performa hingga 19.6 TOPS, lebih tinggi dari pendahulunya yang ada di 14.7 TOPS. Teoritis, ini bisa membuat pemrosesan AI on-device menjadi lebih cepat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untuk spesifikasi lainnya, Exynos 1680 mendukung penggunaan RAM LPDDR5X dan storage UFS 4.1. ISP (Image Signal Processor) yang ada mendukung penggunaan sensor kamera hingga 200 MP dan perekaman video hingga 4K 60 fps dengan 10-bit HDR.
