Teknologi ini sebelumnya sudah dipakai sejak Exynos 2400 dan dikenal mampu membantu pengendalian suhu SoC agar lebih stabil.<\/p>\n<h4>Alasan Samsung Tinggalkan Teknologi FOWLP di Exynos 2700<\/h4>\n<p>Namun di balik peningkatan termal tersebut, FOWLP ternyata punya tantangan lain. Proses produksinya disebut cukup kompleks dan memakan biaya tinggi, sehingga dianggap kurang menguntungkan dari sisi manufaktur.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai gantinya, Samsung kabarnya akan beralih ke arsitektur baru bernama Side-by-Side (SbS). Samsung juga disebut bakal mengombinasikannya dengan teknologi Heat Pass Block (HPB) untuk membantu pelepasan panas agar performa chipset tetap stabil saat bekerja berat. Jika laporan ini akurat, Exynos 2700 kemungkinan akan menjadi salah satu perubahan terbesar Samsung di sektor desain internal\u00a0 SoC dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.<\/p>\n<p>SoC ini diperkirakan akan digunakan pada Galaxy S27 dan Galaxy S27+, yang kemungkinan meluncur pada awal 2027.
