Yield produksi kini sudah menembus angka 80 persen, yang biasanya menjadi tanda bahwa sebuah node sudah stabil untuk produksi massal. Saat itu, banyak klien memilih alternatif lain karena konsistensi produksi Samsung belum sepenuhnya terjaga.<\/p>\n<p>Perlahan kondisi tersebut berubah seiring perbaikan proses dan pengalaman produksi yang terus berjalan. Fasilitas Pyeongtaek kini menjadi tulang punggung, tidak hanya untuk 4nm tetapi juga 5nm dan 7nm.
