Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) menyetujui pergantian pengurus Perseroan.<\/p>\n
RUPST menerima pengunduran diri Iwan Hadiantoro (Komisaris periode 2022-2025) dan Boy Gemino Kalauserang (Direktur periode 2022-2025) sehingga masa jabatan keduanya pada Perseroan berakhir sehubungan dengan penugasan keduanya di Grup Astra pada tahun ini.<\/p>\n
RUPST ini juga menyetujui pengangkatan Chinthya Theresa sebagai Komisaris serta Terry Tendo sebagai Direksi yang keduanya juga berasal dari Grup Astra.<\/p>\n
Direktur Utama Perseroan, Aldo Artoko menyampaikan harapannya agar jajaran Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi yang baru dapat semakin memperkuat fungsi pengawasan dan tata kelola perusahaan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan kinerja Perseroan ke depan.<\/p>\n
